Flexural performance of Hybrid Fiber Reinforced Polymer Concrete using PVA fiber

This paper present the experimental result of flexural behavior Hybrid Fiber Reinforced Polymer (HFRP) concrete beams reinforced with Glass (GFRP) rebars and steel bars. experiment is conducted aim replacing reinforcement GFRP to reduce risk corrosion in structures. The data presented this study obtained by conducting test on four HFRP various PVA fibre dosage 0%, 0.25% 0.5% one Pure FRP beam. Fly ash added 25% mix as a mineral admixture control shrinkage cracks. showed that addition enhance mechanical properties beam like deflections, ductility, load carrying capacity capacity. optimum 0.25%. which improve strength 200% 31.1% ductility increased 112.2% 55.12% compared without fibre.
